The late director Don (Cinemagic Magazine founder & Projunior comix creator) Dohler’s 4th feature was his first time making a movie that he knew would be released in one form or another from the get-go! Shot on film, it was made dirt cheap for a TV package deal that eventually went sour, but lucky for us the rushed production forced him to atypically concentrate more on character development than special FX, resulting in a comical cast playing dumb rednecks hunting a crash-landed extraterrestrial! The heading for this Motion Picture Purgatory which originally appeared in a 2011 issue of The Montreal Mirror was “’D’oh!‘ is for Dohler!” As always; the original art’s for sale @ 100 bucks.
